# Quick Start

**Create your first board in minutes.**

Choose a board type, add your players or teams, and start tracking scores. ScoreLeader works directly in your browser — no download or installation required.

## 1. Choose the type of board you need

Start by choosing the format that matches what you want to track.

| Board Type | Best For |
| --- | --- |
| 🏆 Scoreboard | Games and matches |
| 📊 Leaderboard | Ranking players or teams |
| 📝 Scoresheet | Tracking scores across multiple rounds |
| 🔢 Counter | Simple counting |
| 🏟️ Sports Scoreboard | Live sports with game-specific scoring |
| 🏆 Tournament Bracket | Knockout tournaments |

## 2. Create your board

Once you've chosen a board type, click **Create**.

Depending on the board, you can configure things such as:

- Board name
- Players or teams
- Scores
- Ranking options
- Colors and appearance
- Game or scoring settings

**You don't need an account to get started.**

## 3. Add your players or teams

Add the people or teams that will appear on your board.

Enter a name, add another participant, and you're ready to start scoring.

You can edit participants and scores whenever you need to.

## 4. Start keeping score

Your board is ready.

Update scores directly from your browser using your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

**Changes are reflected in real time**, so anyone viewing the public board can follow the latest results.

## 5. Share your board

When your board is ready, share it with your audience.

You can use:
